I emailed support about the purchase I made but gotten no reply. How do I contact anyone or get a reply on my order?
I purchased this kit and it didn't went through the first time. So I tried again and in the end, two invoices were billed to me on exactly the same things!
Could you please help me on getting a refund or use the money for another kit?
